Getting started

What to have ready before you call.

Want the best local team to look after your refrigeration and air conditioning needs? Call us to organise an appointment and we will have one of our expert technicians make a service call. Get prepared with the following information before the call:

Make and model number of the equipment
Times that suit you and your business
An overview of the problem and any history of problems with the equipment
Understand that while it does happen, it is usually a more complex issue than equipment just needing gas
While we do offer an emergency service, please note that after-hours callout rates will apply, so should be used for emergencies only
